Booking with us is very simple and personalized:

• Explore our tour catalog or select a private transfer.
• Complete the form on the website detailing your dates, number of passengers, and requirements.
• Upon clicking quote/book, the system will redirect you with a preconfigured message directly to our official WhatsApp channel.
• A travel advisor will review availability and send you the final quote along with payment details to confirm your booking.

For your convenience, we offer multiple secure payment options:

• Bank transfers: Current accounts in soles and dollars in the main banks of Peru (BCP, Interbank).
• Credit and debit cards: Secure payment links (Niubiz/Izipay) accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners Club.
• Mobile payments: Yape or Plin (for immediate local transfers in Peru).
• Cash: Direct payment in soles or dollars by prior arrangement.

Passenger safety is our top priority. Paracas experiences winds that occasionally force the Peruvian Navy (Port Captaincy) to close the dock for tourist boats (affecting the Ballestas Islands tour). In that unavoidable event:

• We will attempt to reschedule the boat tour for a later hour on the same day or for the following day, if your itinerary permits.
• If rescheduling is not viable, we will propose an alternative land tour of equal value (such as the complete circuit of the spectacular **Paracas National Reserve**).
• If you decide not to perform any alternative activity and the cancellation is due to force majeure dictated by authorities, we will proceed with a refund of the paid amount corresponding to that excursion.

Our standard cancellation policies are as follows:

• More than 72 hours in advance: 100% refund of the amount paid (minus bank transfer fees).
• Between 24 and 72 hours in advance: 50% refund of the total contracted amount, due to prepaid commitments with transport providers and guides.
• Less than 24 hours or "No Show" (failure to present yourself): No refund applies.

Note: For private custom tours or special corporate services, policies may vary slightly and will be detailed explicitly in your quotation.

The climate on the coast of Ica and Paracas is highly variable (cool and humid wind on the sea, but intense sun in the desert):

• Ballestas Islands (sea): Windbreaker or light jacket, cap/hat with a strap so it does not blow away in the wind, sunscreen, and sunglasses.
• Desert (Huacachina, Dunes): Light and comfortable clothing, closed training shoes (to walk on the hot sand and practice sandboarding), sunglasses, and sunscreen.
• Nazca Lines (flight): Comfortable clothing and eat a light breakfast before the flight to prevent motion sickness.
