Detailed Itinerary
Step 1: Departure from Ica/Paracas (7:00 AM)
Hotel pickup. Transfer to Nazca (approx. 2h). Breakfast on board or at a culinary stop.
Step 2: Cantalloc Aqueducts (9:30 AM)
Visit to the famous spiral underground aqueducts. The archaeological guide explains their hydraulic functioning, which still irrigates fields today.
Step 3: Cahuachi Citadel + Paredones (11:00 AM)
Exploration of the great ceremonial pyramid of Cahuachi and the pre-Inca administrative complex of Los Paredones.
Step 4: Chauchilla Cemetery (1:00 PM)
Visit to the only pre-Hispanic cemetery open to the public with original mummies in their tombs. A unique encounter with the past.
Step 5: Nazca Lines Viewpoints + Return (3:00 PM)
Visit to the land-based viewpoints to observe the geoglyphs. Return to Ica/Paracas, arriving at approximately 6:00 PM.
